On-Site Registration

Registration is available on-site on a limited first come, first served basis at the Victoria Conference Center located at 720 Douglas Street.

The onsite registration hours are as follows and the registration desk is located in the lower level of the Victoria Conference Center.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with a refund are accepted up to July 27, 2007 and will be subject to an administration fee of CDN $50 dollars. As of July 28, 2007, there will be no refunds for cancellations, however substitutions are permitted. All cancellations or substitutions must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat at vanessa@seatoskymeetings.com.
